Laguna Health Lands $15M, Wants To Become ‘Waze’ Of Hospital-To-Home Transitions

Laguna Health, a post-hospital recovery assurance company, announced a $15 million Series A Tuesday.

The New York-based company plans to use the new funding to further its AI capabilities and help expand its “go-to-market,” co-founder and CEO Yoni Shtein told Home Health Care News in an email.

“The funding enables us to double down on our go-to-market momentum with existing and new partners,” Shtein said. “We are in pilots with additional payers and care providers and look forward to sharing more detail on those in the coming months.”
